Will you restock if something sells out? 

Yes, if something sells out it would either be Restocked or Discontinued. If it's discontinued we will remove it from the website. Once we restock, we will announce the restock on Instagram as well as Facebook. 

Why aren't my pans full to the rim?
Due to some micas having more compressibility, some pans are fuller than others. However we guarantee the weight stated under the item description

Why don’t all my pressed powders have the same finish?
Our products are handmade, so there can be some minor flaws in some or different finishes. It’s nothing to be alarmed about. We can assure you everything is 100% new

What's the expiration date on pressed powders? Up to 12-24 months with great care & proper storage

Are your products vegan?
Vegan products are stated in their description

Is your business cruelty free?
Yes. We only test on ourselves. We do not test on animals , nor do we source ingredients that are tested on animals. 

Is your Mica sourced Ethically?
Yes. We Do Not source our Mica from unethical sources that employ child laborers.  We do not share our vendor information.

You should discard of any products you have a reaction to and follow up with your physician

Why doesn't the color of my lippie  look the same on me as it does on the lip model?                              

Our lip model is Puerto Rican with Tan to Medium Skin. Her lighting source is a ring light. She Does Not use household lighting. To be on the safe side, you should choose a lip color based on the description as well as the pics online. Lip colors Do Not look the same in all light sources. Lip colors Do Not look the same on all skin tones 

Why doesn't the color of my lippie swatched or in the tube look the same as the pictures online?              

The color in person may differ based on the lighting on your device. Ex: iPhone lighting is different than Android lighting. So your device could be altering the color which in turn gives a false image. 

Why are my Glitter Tubes separating, is this normal?

Yes this is normal with "Our" formula. The glitter is very heavy vs the liquid. However although they separate, this Will Not take away from the application. In order to have the advantages our formula provides, we had to accept the disadvantages of the separating.

What's the usual handling time?
Up to 3 - 7 business days (please see the shipping page for more info). However this can take longer depending on the workload

I received a tracking number, but it's not updating. What's going on with my shipment?  We print shipping labels in stacks. When you receive tracking, that only means your order was printed and put into cue to be fulfilled. We fulfill in the order in which we receive. It can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks for orders to ship depending on our workload. 

Can I refuse my order?
If you refuse an order, you will lose the shipping fee paid and will be charged an 10% restocking fee. 

How long is international shipping?
5-90 days depending on the location & carrier used

What shipping carrier do you use?
USPS, UPS & Fed Ex (Domestic) . APC, USPS, UPS & FedEx (International)

Where is my tracking info?
Once the shipping labels are printed, tracking info is sent to you via email. You can also log into Your JD Glow Account and click on the transaction to retrieve tracking info



Order Issues
What if there's a problem with my order?
Please contact us via email ( within 1-2 business days of receiving

My item arrived broken, what should I do?
Please email ( us a picture of the broken item along with your order number & Full Name on your account

My free item is broken or damaged,  can I exchange it or get store credit? 
We do not replace nor do we compensate for free items due to customer receiving the item for free. This includes BOGO Sales. 

What if my order never arrives or is lost/stolen? 

If your order never arrives please contact us at with our order number full name on your account. If your order was lost/stolen, please provide us proof from the mail carrier service and we will address this issue at our soonest convenience.

Where is my refund?
Once we send refunds, you'll have to contact PayPal to retrieve the funds. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to return to your card

Why was I refunded and not sent a replacement?

JD Glow Reserves the right to refund at our own discretion. We Do Not Send replacements for broken items on orders placed using a discount/ promotional code.

Do you offer wholesale orders?
Yes (rules & qualifications are to be discussed)

Do you offer sales or discount codes?
Yes. Return customers will get a discount code in the mail starting 5-18-16. Other codes are given out thru our affiliates or when we have sales

Why did I receive a refund?

Items that run out of stock during a special promotion where sale prices are only valid on in stock items will be cancelled rather than backordered. While in most cases out of stock merchandise is reflected prior to the checkout process, there are situations when an out of stock item may not be evident until the order picking process. This can be accredited to order volume, damages, etc.
